need immediate help w/ baby hawk

About an half hour ago I went to pull into my inlaws garage and ther sat a baby hawk. This bird cannot fly. He fell aparently about 50-60 feet from the nest. He doesnt seem hurt. What can we do or who can we call. We are located in East Tucson Thanks Bob
